Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. (Note: For partial deliveries under a single order, the period begins on the day on which the last item is received.)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs.

• Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

• Digital content (e.g., downloads): The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires and have acknowledged that, by consenting to the commencement of performance, you lose your right of withdrawal.
